A uniquely sweet essence of the mighty, Southern pine. We forage the fresh spring growth of baby needle clusters that sprout from the tips of every single branch before mixing them with organic cane sugar. We let that ferment for an entire month before simmering down the concoction into a shelf stable, 2:1 simple syrup for a boldly fruity, nearly citrusy, mildly piney flavor.
 
Try it in place of sugar and citrus in cocktails & mocktails, in sweet tea, baked goods & icing, drizzled over ice cream, waffles or pancakes, and even as a glaze for meat & fish!
